Michelle Epps, CEO of Anchelle Advisors Healthcare Solutions, is an accomplished Healthcare leader with several decades of experience in Hospital Operations and Leadership at both large academic hospital systems, and small community-based facilities. She has served as interim CEO and interim CNO for hospitals large and small, providing the critical bridge needed to bring stability to hospitals during times of change. Ms. Epps has demonstrated expertise in implementing lean Hospitals principles, resulting in improved safety and quality, decreased costs, increased revenue, and a decrease in staff turnover. She is recognized for the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across departments by providing outstanding customer service, responsiveness, and outcomes and demonstrates the skills needed to lead effective teams that consistently deliver positive outcomes.
